Meet Alice
Master's of Science in Kinesiology
Massage Therapist (9 years)
Coast Guard Veteran
I am a licensed massage therapist with focused training in buccal (intraoral) massage and facial myofascial release. My work emphasizes clinical hygiene, patient comfort, and precise techniques that complement dental care environments.
All sessions are performed using medical-grade gloves, clear consent practices, and a calm, professional approach aligned with dental standards.

Buccal Massage
Buccal massage is a hands-on technique that addresses the muscles of mastication from both inside and outside the oral cavity. These muscles play a central role in jaw movement, clenching patterns, and facial tension.
Because many of these muscles cannot be accessed externally, intraoral work allows for targeted release that often produces immediate changes in comfort and mobility.
This service may be beneficial for individuals who:
-
Clench or grind their teeth
-
Experience jaw fatigue or facial tension
-
Have TMJ-related discomfort (non-diagnostic)
-
Feel stress held in the jaw or face
-
Experience dental-related anxiety
Patients commonly experience:
-
Reduced jaw tension and clenching
-
Improved jaw mobility and ease of opening
-
Relief from facial tightness and headaches
-
Decreased stress held in the jaw and face
-
Improved circulation to facial tissues
-
A calming effect on the nervous system
Results vary by individual, but many clients notice changes after a single session.
